Hi, I’m Kayla!

I founded Bay Reset Co. right here in the St. Pete and Tampa area because I want the best for not only my own family, but for everyone’s family. When Saturday rolls around, you want be present with your parents, not spend your limited hours running their errands, folding their laundry, and worrying about whether their fridge is stocked. I wanted to create a service that takes care of the home logistics so you can focus entirely on making memories.

My path to founding a home management and companion service isn’t exactly traditional, but it turns out it was the perfect preparation. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, which instilled a deep respect for wellness, health, and how our environments impact how we feel. Later, I spent years working in the professional world of Enhanced Due Diligence, compliance, and investigative licensing.

While analyzing regulations and financial compliance might seem a world away from folding laundry or picking up groceries at the Saturday Morning Market, it gave me a unique superpower. It trained my brain to see the details that others may miss.

When I walk into a client's home, that background means I naturally bring a mindful, attentive, and a sharp eye to their environment. I look at household safety with a professional lens, noticing a subtle change in mobility, quietly spotting a hidden trip hazard before it causes a fall, or ensuring that medication cues are handled with absolute precision.

A Neighbor’s Heart

At the end of the day, though, I am a mom of two and a local neighbor who loves this community. I am not a faceless franchise or a revolving door of agency strangers. When you partner with Bay Reset Co., you are working directly with me.

I treat your parents’ home with the exact same warmth, respect, and meticulous care that I would want for my own family. We are here to roll up our sleeves, handle the weekend logistics, and deliver a perfectly organized, "Monday-Ready" home so that your whole family can take a deep, collective breath of relief.

When I’m not helping local families reset their weekends, you can usually find me romanticizing a homemade lunch at home, exploring new local food spots with my partner, Ben, or running after my two kiddos.
